أولاً: معاينة المنتج عند الاستلام

• استثناء العطور: غير متاح فتح أو معاينة العطور التي تأتي داخل بوكس مغلق ومبرشم (مغلف حرارياً) حفاظاً على سلامة المنتج.
• في حالة رفض الاستلام أثناء المعاينة: إذا تمت المعاينة ولم ينل المنتج إعجابك، يمكنك إرجاعه للمندوب فوراً، ويتم دفع مصاريف الشحن فقط.

ثانياً: مصاريف الشحن

• القاهرة والجيزة: 75 جنيهاً مصرياً.
• باقي المحافظات: 100 جنيهاً مصرياً.

ثالثاً: سياسة الاستبدال

• إذا استلمت المنتج بعد المعاينة ورغبت في تبديله لاحقاً بمنتج آخر (أو لون آخر)، يتاح ذلك خلال أسبوع واحد من تاريخ الاستلام.
• يتكلف العميل مصاريف استبدال ثابتة بقيمة 150 جنيهاً مصرياً.
• يشترط للاستبدال أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وبغلافه الأصلي دون أي استخدام.

رابعاً: سياسة الاسترجاع

يتم قبول طلبات الاسترجاع واسترداد الأموال بالكامل فقط في الحالات التالية:

1. وجود عيب صناعة أو مشكلة في المنتج.
2. استلام منتج خاطئ (غير المطلوب في الأوردر).
3. إذا كان المنتج غير مطابق للوصف والصور المعروضة على الموقع.

📌 ملاحظة هامة بشأن العطور: حرصاً على الشفافية مع عملائنا، يرجى العلم أن العطور المتوفرة على موقعنا تتنوع تصنيفاتها (منها العطور الأصلية "Original"، ومنها ما هو "Master Copy"، ومنها ما هو "Outlet")، ويكون التصنيف وحالة كل عطر موضحين بدقة ومكتوبين في صفحة الوصف الخاصة بالمنتج قبل الشراء.

1. Inspection Upon Delivery

• Product Inspection: You are welcome to inspect your products (e.g., bags) upon delivery while the courier is present to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Perfume Exception: For safety and hygiene reasons, sealed and shrink-wrapped perfume boxes cannot be opened or inspected.
• Refusing Delivery During Inspection: If you inspect the item and choose not to take it, you can return it to the courier immediately, and you will only be required to pay the delivery shipping fees.

2. Shipping Fees

• Cairo & Giza: 75 EGP
• Other Governorates: 100 EGP

3. Exchange Policy

• If you accepted the item after inspection but later decided to exchange it for another product or color, you can do so within 1 week of delivery.
• A standard exchange fee of 150 EGP will apply.
• The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

4. Return Policy

Returns and full refunds are strictly accepted only in the following scenarios:

1. The product has a manufacturing defect or issue.
2. A wrong item was received (does not match your order).
3. The product is not identical to the specifications or photos displayed on the website.

📌 Important Note Regarding Perfumes: To maintain complete transparency, please note that our perfume collection includes different categories (Original, Master Copy, or Outlet). The exact grade and classification of each perfume are clearly stated on its product description page before purchase.
